Sunteck Lifespace has acquired development rights of property admeasuring in aggregate 28,935 square meters situated at Village Navghar (Mira road) in Thane.
DSK Legal acted for Sunteck Lifespace on the deal and assisted with conducting a due diligence in respect of the property and issuing a Memo; drafting, reviewing, revising, negotiating and finalizing the transaction documents
