DSK Legal advises the Ministry of Railways in Make in India’ initiative of Manufacturing and Supply of Locomotives

The Ministry of Railways is undertaking procurement, Manufacturing and Supply of 1200 Electric Locomotives of 9000 hp over a period of 11 years at Rolling Stock Workshop, Dahod, and 800 Electric Locomotives of 12000 hp over a period of 10 years at Banaras Locomotive Works, Varanasi - under the aegis of the ‘Make in India’ initiative of the ‘Aatma-Nirbhar Bharat’ mission of the Government of India.

DSK Legal advised Ministry of Railways on the deal.
