AquaExchange Agritech Private Limited has raised US$3 million in pre-Series A funding led by Endiya Partners and Accion Venture Lab.

The round saw participation from existing investors such as NS Trading and Investments LLP, Vignan Publishers Limited, AZ Gems Inc. and other individual investors.

DSK Legal represented AquaExchange and founder Pavan Kosaraju in the deal.

The transaction team was led by Jayesh Kothari (Associate Partner), Hemanshi Gala (Senior Associate) and Kunal Chopra (Associate).

Rajaram Legal represented the lead investors - Endiya Partners and Accion Venture Lab on the investment.
