Polycab India Limited has entered into a group captive arrangement for procurement of renewable power from Continuum Green Energy Limited for its manufacturing facility in Jamnagar, Gujarat.

Economic Laws Practice acted for Polycab India on this transaction. The Firm advised on the transaction structure and the review, negotiation, and finalization of the Power Consumption Agreement and the Share Purchase and Shareholders Agreement and related project documentation.
