ELP advises Authum Investment and Sansaar Housing Finance in acquisition of controlling stake in Michigan Engineers

Authum Investment & Infrastructure Ltd and Sansaar Housing Finance Limited have acquired a controlling stake in Michigan Engineers Pvt. Ltd, a construction company.

Economic Laws Practice advised and assisted Authum Investment and Sansaar in due diligence, negotiations, drafting and finalization of the transaction documents.

The transaction team consisted of Yashojit Mitra (Senior Partner), Heena Chheda (Partner), Devyani Singh (Director) and Rudraksh Bhatt (Senior Associate).
