Bonatrans Group A.S (BTG) and JCK Group P.L.C have sold their shares in Bonatrans India Private Limited to Jupiter Wagons Ltd.
Economic Laws Practice (ELP) provided an end-to-end legal and tax assistance to Bonatrans Group and JCK Group on this transaction.
The transaction was led by Rohit Jain (Partner), Vinay Butani (Partner), Mitesh Jain (Partner) and assisted by Hemal Shah (Principal Associate), Smriti Tripathi (Senior Associate), and Aditi Banthia (Associate).
