RDB Primarc Techno Park LLP has acquired DLF Techpark 1 from DLF Infocity Developers (Kolkata) Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of DLF Cyber City Developers Ltd, for ₹638 crore.

DLF Techpark Kolkata is one of the largest IT parks in Eastern India with gross leasable area of approximately 1.49 million square feet. The acquisition includes the immovable property as well as the associated business operations, including rental income, common area maintenance (CAM), fit-out services, property management, and other ancillary services.
