Hogan Lovells, Fried Frank act on NEXT's acquisition of Russell & Bromley

NEXT has reportedly acquired assets including the Russell & Bromley name and intellectual property from the administrators.

NEXT Plc has acquired the British footwear brand Russell & Bromley out of administration for £2.5 million in cash, with an additional £1.3 million for stock.

Fried Frank advised NEXT on this acquisition.

The transaction team was led by Ashley Katz (Partner), with assistance from Amy Faraday (Associate) and Eshan Khot (Associate).
