IndusLaw, GameChanger lead on Loco Interactive's $9 mn fundraise from PUBG distributor KRAFTON, Lumikai Interactive Fund

Loco will now be spun off as a separate entity from its production company, Pocket Aces.

Mumbai-based Video game streaming platform Loco Interactive Pte. Ltd. has raised $9 million in a funding round led by KRAFTON Inc., which distributes PUBG in India, and gaming media fund Lumikai Interactive Fund.

Hiro Capital, Axilor Ventures, and 3one4 Capital also participated in the financing round.

Loco was founded by Anirudh Pandita and Ashwin Suresh.

GameChanger Law Advisors represented KRAFTON and Lumikai as their India Legal Counsel on this transaction.

The team was led by Founding Partner Amrut Joshi along with Associates Subhashini Narayanan and Srikanth Bhaskar.

IndusLaw represented Loco Interactive Pte. Ltd. and the team was led by Partner Nishant Singh along with Principal Associate Anindita Ganguli Senior Associate Prachi Pandit and Associates Saksham Madan and Vardhit Singhania.
