JSA acts on Cello World IPO

The IPO comprised an offer for sale aggregating to ₹19,000 million.

Cello World Limited has made an initial public offering (IPO) of equity shares aggregating to ₹19,000 million, through an offer for sale.

The Book Running Lead Managers to the IPO were Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Limited, ICICI Securities Limited, IIFL Securities Limited, JM Financial Limited and Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Limited. The Syndicate Members to the IPO were Kotak Securities Limited, JM Financial Services Limited and Motilal Oswal Financial Services Limited.

JSA advised Cello World and the selling shareholders in this IPO.

The transaction team consisted of Arka Mookerjee (Lead Partner), Pracheta Bhattacharya (Partner), Anshu Bansal (Principal Associate), Krupa Brahmbhatt (Principal Associate), Akash Joshi (Associate), Govind Roy (Associate) and Pooja Tada (Associate).

As per news reports, the IPO was oversubscribed 41.69 times, with the QIB portion being oversubscribed 122.20 times, NII portion being oversubscribed 25.65 times and the retail investors’ portion being oversubscribed by 3.21 times.
