JSA, CMS INDUSLAW act on GrowXCD ~₹200 crore Series B fundraise

GrowXCD Finance focuses on enabling financial inclusion by providing tailored credit solutions to micro, small and medium enterprises across India.

GrowXCD Finance has raised ~₹200 crore ($22.8 million) from a Series B fundraise led by Blue Earth Capital AG and Prosus Ventures, with participation from existing investors Lok Capital and UC Impower.

JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised existing investor Lok Capital (Lok Capital IV LLC and Lok Capital Co-investment Trust) and lead investor Blue Earth Capital on their investment in GrowXCD.

The transaction was led by Siddharth Mody (Partner) with support from Rohan Kumar (Partner), Tanmayee Sahoo (Senior Associate) and Ayush Chaturvedi (Associate).

Due diligence was conducted by Kumar (Partner), along with Sahoo (Senior Associate) and Associates Ayush Chaturvedi, Vidushi Jain, Gavin Pereira and Prakhar Jain.

CMS INDUSLAW advised existing investor UC Impower on this fundraise.
