Ingersoll Rand has acquired the pumps business undertaking of UT Pumps & Systems Private Limited, through its Indian subsidiary.

JSA advised UT Pumps & Systems on this transaction.

The transaction team consisted of Sidharrth Shankar (Lead Partner), Prakriti Jaiswal (Partner), Anindita Basu (Principal Associate) and Eksha Narayan (Associate).

They were supported by the JSA tax team consisting of Manish Mishra (Partner), Shikha Parmar (Principal Associate) and Shubh Dixit (Associate).

UT Pumps is a leading manufacturer of screw pumps and high-pressure triplex plunger pumps.
