JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised Garware Technical Fibres Limited in its strategic acquisition of 100% equity in Offshore & Trawl Supply AS and Advanced Mooring Supply AS, both incorporated under the laws of Norway, through its wholly owned UK subsidiary – Garware Technical Fibres UK Private Limited.
