JSA Advocates & Solicitors acted for Parkway Healthcare (an IHH entity) on Parkway Healthcare’s divestment from its PET-CT joint venture with Apollo Hospitals.

The transaction was led by Siddharth Mody (Partner), with support from Rohan Kumar (Partner) and Tanmayee Sahoo (Senior Associate).

Post the exit of IHH, Apollo Hospitals now has full ownership of the PET-CT business.
