JSA, Khaitan act on B Capital investment in Sugarfit

B Capital has invested approximately ₹41.6 crore ($5 million) into Sugarfit.

Sugarfit (Ragus Healthcare Private Limited) has secured additional funding of ₹41.6 crore ($5 million) in its Series A investment round from B Capital Group Management LP.

JSA advised Sugarfit on this transaction.
