The Anup Engineering Limited has executed an agreement to acquire 100% equity shares of Mabel Engineers Private Limited for a total consideration of ₹33 crore.
Khaitan & Co advised Anup Engineering on this acquisition deal.

Mabel Engineers is engaged in the business of engineering, fabrication, supply and erection and delivering solutions for pressure vessels, reactors, storage tanks, silos, heat exchangers, heavy structural components, chimneys, and piping systems.
