OLA Electric Mobility Private Limited has raised approximately ₹121.5 crore ($146 million) from a Series E investment round by Temasek and other investors (including existing shareholders).
Khaitan & Co advised Ola Electric and its founder Bhavish Agarwal on this investment round and on RNT's secondary exit to Temasek. The Firm assisted Ola Electric and the Founder with all aspects of the transaction including drafting and negotiating the transaction documents and assistance with execution and closing of the transaction.
