Nuvoco Vistas Corporation has acquired Algebra Endeavour Private Limited, along with its subsidiary Vadraj Energy (Gujarat) Limited, from JSW Cement Limited and Alpha Alternatives Holdings Private Limited for a total consideration of ₹200 crore.
Khaitan & Co advised Nuvoco Vistas Corp on this acquisition. The Firm represented Nuvoco on the entire acquisition, including due diligence and negotiations of the documentation.
