Khaitan advises Videonetics Technology in sale of stake to Florintree

Videonetics Technology Private Limited has sold significant stake in Videonetics to private equity firm Florintree Adtech LLP, for ₹115 crore, by way of secondary purchase of shares.

Khaitan & Co advised assisted Videonetics and its promoters, Dr Tinku Acharya and Baishali Acharya in relation to structuring of the transaction along with drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing various transaction documents. The Firm also advised in relation to fulfilment of conditions precedent to the transaction, from a legal perspective.

The core team consisted of Shourya Sengupta (Lead Partner), Sruti Baid (Principal Associate), Vibhav Seth (Associate) and Karishma Sethia (Associate).
