Khaitan & Co assists TVS Capital Funds in their exit from LEAP India

This exit comes as KKR is set to acquire a majority stake in LEAP India.

TVS Capital Funds (P) Limited (TVS Shriram Growth Fund 3) is making a complete exit from LEAP India Private Limited.

Vertical Holdings II Pte. Ltd. (i.e., an affiliate of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (KKR)) would acquire a controlling stake in LEAP India vide both primary and secondary investments. TVS Capital Funds, together with, certain other funds such as, North Haven India Infrastructure Fund (Morgan Stanley), Mayfield India II, Ltd, 360 One India Private Equity Fund (IIFL) and Sixth Sense India would completely exit from the LEAP India upon completion of this transaction.
