Khaitan, JSA act on acquisition of Sunbeam Lightweighting Solutions by Craftsman Automation

The acquisition was made by purchasing the entire shareholding of Sunbeam Lightweighting Solutions from Kedaara Capital.

Craftsman Automation has acquired Sunbeam Lightweighting Solutions Pvt. Ltd by purchasing the entire shareholding from funds managed by Kedaara Capital.

Kedaara Capital in 2018 had acquired Rajasthan-based auto component maker Sunbeam Auto for approximately $100 million (Rs650 crore) according to LiveMint.

Khaitan & Co advised Craftsman Automation on this acquisition deal.
