L&L Partners Law Offices advised Aditya Birla Finance Limited.

The transaction team was led by Partner Karan Mitroo assisted by Associates Surbhi Jain and Aishwarya Dixit.

The funds will be used as working capital requirements of 6 SPVs of Vector Green Energy Private Limited, subsidiaries of Vector Green Energy Private Limited and affiliates of funds managed by Global Infrastructure Partners India Private Limited.
