Luthra assists in proposed IPO of DEE Development Engineers

The firm assisted the Book Running Lead Managers for the proposed IPO in connection with the filing of the draft red herring prospectus with SEBI.

DEE Development Engineers Limited has filed a Draft Red Herring Prospectus with SEBI to raise an amount aggregating up to ₹3,250 million via fresh issue and also do a secondary sale of up to 7,900,000 equity shares via offer for sale (the proposed initial public offering).

The Capital Markets team of Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India advised SBI Capital Markets Limited and Equirus Capital Private Limited (collectively, the Book Running Lead Managers) in connection with the filing of the draft red herring prospectus for the proposed IPO.

The transaction team was led by Geeta Dhania (Partner), with due assistance by Tripti Pandey (Senior Associate) and Ridhi Jain, Srungarapu Shreeya, Vedaarth Uberoi, Abhishek Gupta, Anusha Agarwal and Deekhit Bhattacharya (Associates).
