Petronet LNG Limited is setting up an LNG storage and regasification terminal at Gopalpur Port in Orrisa.

This terminal will be the first to be set up at the recently constructed Gopalpur Port. The deal is valued at approximately $277 million.

The Infrastructure, Energy and Project Finance team of Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co advised Petronet LNG in this deal.

The team consisted of V R Neelakantan (Partner), Prashant Sirohi (Partner) and Rudra Shankar (Associate).

Quillon Partners advised Gopalpur Port on legal advisory aspects and the team was led by Partner Ankit Majmudar along with Sunandan Majumdar, Abhik Ghosh and Partha Mansukhani.
