Narayana Hrudayalaya Limited (NHL) has acquired an orthopaedic and trauma hospital at Health City, Bengaluru from Shiva and Shiva Orthopaedic Hospital Private Limited for ₹200 crores.

Quillon Partners advised NHL in this acquisition.

The transaction team consisted of Ankit Majmudar (Partner), Sunandan Majumdar (Partner), Adeeb Shah (Associate), Sakshi Goyal (Associate) and Ritwika Pati (Associate).

NHL is a leading healthcare provider which operates a network of hospitals across India. The acquisition will enable NHL to foray into the trauma and orthopaedic specialty within the Health City campus housing its two flagship hospitals.
