Rajani Associates, JSA act on CMC Textiles - BEKAERT DESLEE JV

CMC Textiles Private Limited has entered into a strategic joint venture arrangement with a Belgium-based company, BEKAERT DESLEE Holding NV.

The Joint Venture Arrangement shall be consummated in three closings.

Rajani Associates has acted for and advised CMC Textiles and its Promoter Shareholders on this JV arrangement.

The transaction team consisted of Prem Rajani (Managing Partner), Amish Shroff (Partner), Karen Issac (Senior Associate) and Ruchi Sethna (Associate).

JSA assisted BEKAERT DESLEE in relation to structuring and setting up of a strategic joint venture in India with the CMC Group.
