Rajani Associates assists Centrum Housing Finance in acquiring the housing finance business of National Trust Housing Finance

The deal amount is valued at ₹112 crores.

Centrum Housing Finance Limited has acquired the housing finance business of National Trust Housing Finance Limited for ₹112 crores.

Rajani Associates assisted Centrum Housing Finance by reviewing, revising, negotiating, and finalizing the Business Transfer Agreement (BTA).

The transaction team consisted of Prem Rajani (Managing Partner), Ankur Singhania (Partner) and Rohan Gajaria (Associate).

Both parties are registered with the National Housing Bank and engaged in the business of providing affordable housing finance loans in multiple territories throughout India. The acquisition will propel Centrum Housing Finance’s AUM to over ₹1,000 crores.
