upGrad Education Private Limited has raised USD 25 million in Series 3 fundraise from IIFL.

Rajaram Legal advised upGrad Education Private Limited, led by Managing Partner Archana Rajaram, Senior Associate Mihir Roy and Associate Jagdish Kaisare.

IIFL was represented by Jerome Merchant + Partners, led by Partner Sameer Sibal and Associates Rishabh Amber Gupta and Gayathri Kamath.
