Lenskart has acquired Tango Eye, an AI based computed vision start-up, for an undisclosed sum.

Rajaram Legal advised Lenskart on this acquisition deal.

The transaction team consisted of Srishti Goyal (Associate Partner), Vibhu Khanna (Senior Associate) and Ankita P Rajesh (Associate).

Lenskart aims to enhance store and product experience using the visual AI technology.
