Fractal Analytics Limited has proposed an initial public offering of equity shares aggregating to ₹4,900 crore, comprising a fresh issue aggregating to ₹1,279.3 crore and an offer for sale by selling shareholders aggregating to ₹3,620.7 crore.
Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co is advising Fractal on this IPO.
The transaction is led by Nikhil Naredi (Partner) and Priya Awasthi (Partner), with support from Chinmay Sethia (Principal Associate) and Rakshita Poddar (Senior Associate).
SAM had advised Fractal on its sale of securities last month.
Latham & Watkins are serving as the international legal counsel to Fractal on this proposed IPO.
Khaitan & Co is advising the Book Running Lead Managers - Kotak Mahindra Capital, Morgan Stanley India, Axis Capital and Goldman Sachs India, on this proposed IPO.
