Saraf and Partners, ELP act on Gem Aromatics ~₹451 crore IPO

Gem Aromatics Limited has made an initial public offering of their equity shares aggregating to ₹451.250 crore, comprising of a fresh issue aggregating to ₹175 crore and an offer for sale aggregating to ₹276,250 crore.

Saraf and Partners advised Gem Aromatics on this IPO.

Economic Laws Practice (ELP) advised Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Limited, the book running lead manager to this IPO.

The transaction team was led by Geeta Dhania (Partner) and Prashaant Vikram Rajput (Partner), with support from Tripti Pandey (Principal Associate), and associates Shreeya Srungarapu, Vedaarth Uberoi, Devika Radha, and Shefali Jain.

Established over two decades ago, Gem Aromatics specializes in manufacturing essential oils, aroma chemicals, and value-added derivatives. Their products cater to various industries, including oral care, cosmetics, nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, wellness, and personal care. The company operates three manufacturing facilities located in Uttar Pradesh, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, and Gujarat.

The overall IPO was oversubscribed by 21.71 times.
