Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, Trilegal act on Brookfield India REIT ₹2,600 crore QIP

Both the Firms had advised on the previous QIP of Brookefield India REIT.

Brookfield India Real Estate Trust has raised ₹2,600 crore from a qualified institution placement (QIP) of 80,495,356 units.

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co advised Brookfield on this QIP.

The transaction team consisted of Nikhil Naredi (Partner), with support from Harini J (Senior Associate), Associates Mathangi K, Anaya Jain and Abhit Tanay.

Jay Gandhi (Partner) provided strategic inputs on the transaction.

Trilegal advised the book running lead managers, Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Limited, Avendus Capital Private Limited and JM Financial Limited, on this QIP.

The transaction team was led by Vijay Parthasarathi (Partner), with support from Associates Prajna Kariappa, Shashwat Raj Solanki, Sheetal Kumar, Esha Alex, Jasmine Manekshaw and Vansh Dhoka.
