Korean cuisine QSR chain Koriken has raised ₹4 crore from a seed funding round led by Rukam Capital.

SKS Advisor acted as legal counsel to Koriken on this fundraise. The firm advised on structuring the transaction, negotiating definitive documents, and facilitating a smooth closing of the round.

The transaction was handled by Associates Deepak Patel, Varun M, Rahel Roy and Akshay Kumar Mishra, under the guidance of Kishan Bharadwaj (Partner) and Sandeep Kumar Singh (Managing Partner).

Founded in 2022 by Hasan Patel, Koriken is a popular Korean-style street food restaurant chain based in Bangalore, India. It offers a variety of Korean and Asian dishes, including corn dogs, crispy chicken, rice and noodles, and Korean street foods.

The freshly raised funds will be inter alia used for expansion plans.
