SPN Advisors advised FEF Global Private Limited on the investment of its ₹40 crore fund across a portfolio of seven fashion-technology companies anchored around the reality web-series “Pitch to Get Rich”.

SPN Advisors led transaction execution, diligence and structuring, drafting, and finalizing the Share Subscription Agreements and Shareholders’ Agreements, and closing mechanics structured to the programme’s scale-up objectives. The Firm also negotiated key commercial terms to secure strong investor protection, clear exit pathways and fit-for-purpose governance frameworks, while supporting mentorship-driven growth within the “Pitch to Get Rich” ecosystem, including share-swap arrangement.
