KiwiTech, LLC has made a strategic acquisition of a majority stake in Soft Suave Technologies Private Limited, a leading software development company.

TLH, Advocates & Solicitors acted as legal counsel to KiwiTech and advised on the key aspects of the transaction including due diligence, transaction structuring, drafting and negotiation of transaction documents, and closing support.

The transaction team comprised of Prateek Batra (Partner), Associates Sriharsha Madichetty and Anirudh Krishna (Associate), with due diligence and closing support from Dippyaman Bhattacharya (Senior Associate), Associates Parth Bindal, Rishit Bhushan and Vanshika Gupta.
