Trilegal, JSA act on Agrow Allied Ventures raising ₹186 crore from ICICI Ventures

Agrow Allied Ventures Private Limited has raised ₹186 crore from a combination of primary capital infusion by India Advantage Fund S5 I, a fund managed by ICICI Venture Funds Management Company Limited; and secondary sale by existing shareholders.

Trilegal advised Agrow Allied Ventures, along with its promoters and existing shareholders, on this fundraise.

Agrow will utilize the funds for R&D, global registrations and strengthening of manufacturing capabilities.
