TPG Growth IV SF Pte. Ltd made a block sale of 10,843,050 equity shares of Nykaa (FSN E-Commerce Ventures Ltd) which amounted to ₹2,020 million.

TPG was an investor in Nykaa prior to its IPO and sold its partial stake in the same. The Block Sale marks its first sale post expiry of the IPO lock-in period.

Trilegal represented TPG Growth in this transaction.
