Universal Legal acts on Nutrifresh Farm Tech $5 million funding round

Nutrifresh Farm Tech India Private Limited has raised $ 5 million (approximately ₹39 crores) for expansion and growth.

Universal Legal represented Nutrifresh Farm on the deal.

The team was led by Partner Rashi Kapoor Mehta and Senior Associate Henna Kapadia Poojara.

The funding round was led by Theodore Cleary (Archer Investments), Sandiip Bhammer (Green Frontier Capital), Sky Kurtz (Pure Harvest AE) and Mathew Cyriac (Florintree Advisors and ex-Blackstone India), among other investors.

The Company aims to provide consistent pesticide-free hydroponic produce that is nutrient-rich.
