Third Eye Distillery Holdings – the company behind the homegrown Stranger & Sons gin has acquired a controlling interest in Foxtrot Beverages, manufacturers of tonics and mixers brand Svami in a move to expand its portfolio of brands.

Universal Legal acted for Third Eye Distillery Holding on the deal.

The transaction team was led by Rashi Kapoor Mehta (Partner) and Neelkamal Chaudhary (Associate Partner), and supported by Henna Pujara and Ruchita Krishnan (Associate).

According to LiveMint, Third Eye has expanded to major metros across Maharashtra, Delhi, Karnataka, Pondicherry and Rajasthan. Internationally, Stranger & Sons has a global footprint in the UK, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan, Mauritius, New Zealand, Italy, the US and UAE.
