Trioworld Group, a leading producer of innovative high-performance plastic film solutions in Europe and North America, has entered into joint venture with FilmTec LLP, a leading provider of Ultra High-Performance Stretch Films and POF Shrink films based in India.

Veritas Legal acted for and advised Trioworld Group on this transaction. The Firm provided assistance in connection with the legal due diligence, and drafting, negotiating and finalization of the transaction documents.
