Vertices, JSA act on DeHaat's supplemental series E round of fundraise

Approximately ₹124.1 crores (US$15 million) was raised from the supplemental round, taking the total series’ fundraise to about ₹496.7 crores (US$60 million).

DeHaat (GreenAgrevolution Private Limited) completed a supplemental series E round of fundraise for ₹124.1 crores ($15 million) from Temasek, taking the total series’ fundraise to ₹496.7 crores ($60 million).

This round was led by Sofina (V-Sciences Investments Pte Ltd).  

Vertices Partners advised its long-standing client, DeHaat and its promoters on the deal.

The transaction team consisted of Vikrant Anand (Associate Partner), Anushree Pathak (Senior Associate) and Shagun Rathi (Associate Manager).

Vinayak Burman (Founder & Managing Partner) and Archana Khosla Burman (Founder Partner) provided strategic inputs.
