Vertices Partners, L&L Partners act on Finova Capital $35 million fund raise led by Sequoia and Faering Capital

Both Sequoia and Faering are existing investors in the Jaipur-based lender.

Finova Capital Private Limited, a non-bank lender to unorganized sector businesses raised its series C round of funding from SCI Growth Investors III (Sequoia), Faering Capital India Evolving Fund II and Faering Capital India Evolving Fund III (Faering Capital).

Vertices Partners represented Finova Capital with a team led by Founder Partner Archana Khosla Burman along with Associate Partner Hardik Thakker and Associate Raavi Mehta.

Managing Partner Vinayak Burman provided strategic inputs.
