Vertices Partners, Nishith Desai, DSK Legal lead on Teachmint fund raise

Teachmint was founded in 2020 by Mihir Gupta, Payoj Jain, Divyansh Bordia and Anshuman Kumar.

Bengaluru-based online teaching platform, Teachmint Technologies has raised $20 million in a Pre-Series B funding round from Learn Capital IV Special Opportunities Fund Opportunities III, LLC and MV Opportunities India Limited.

Founded in 2020, by Mihir Gupta, Payoj Jain, Divyansh Bordia and Anshuman Kumar, Teachmint is a mobile and video-first teaching platform built exclusively to help teachers digitise their classrooms.

Vertices Partners represented Teachmint Technologies with a team led by Founder Partner Archana Khosla Burman along with Associate Manager Paul Albert and Associate Soumya Bansal.

Nishith Desai Associates, New York represented Learn Capital IV with a team led by Partner Vaibhav Parikh and Associate Yashasvi Tripathi.

DSK Legal, Bangalore represented MV Opportunities led by Partner Sharath Chandrashekhar and Senior Associate K. Aravind.
