VERTICES PARTNERS, Aretha Legal act on Ayekart Series A fundraise

Ayekart has raised approximately ₹54.1 crore ($6.5 million) from the fundraise.

Ayekart Fintech Private Limited has received an investment of approximately ₹54.1 crore ($6.5 million) in a Series A fundraise from Omnivore, Unleash Capital, and Siana Capital.

VERTICES PARTNERS represented Omnivore, Siana Capital, and Unleash Capital in relation to the Series A transaction.

The transaction team consisted of Vikrant Anand (Partner), Shagun Rathi (Associate Manager), Ayushi Narayan (Associate), Gauranshi Saini (Associate) and Cashmira Poonacha (Associate).
