Anlon Healthcare Limited is set to acquire Bizotic Lifescience Private Limited.
Vidhigya Associates, Advocates represented Anlon Healthcare and its Promoters on this proposed acquisition. The Firm's role included undertaking the legal due diligence, structuring, drafting, finalizing and negotiating the transaction documents.
