Vidhigya Associates assisted Rajputana Stainless Limited in filing its Draft red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) in the lead up to its proposed Initial Public Offering (IPO) of up to 22,500,000 equity shares.

Vidhigya Associates, Advocates acted as the sole Legal Counsel to Rajputana Stainless on this DRHP filing.
