Sunshine Pictures Limited has filed a draft red herring prospectus in the lead up to its proposed initial public offering of up to 8,375,000 equity shares.
Sunshine Pictures proposes to issue up to 5,000,000 equity shares via fresh issue whereas the Promoter Selling Shareholders Vipul Shah and Shefali Shah offer up to 3,375,000 equity shares via offer for sale.
