Keystone Realtors Limited (a Rustomjee Group company) has acquired (through its wholly owned subsidiary Kingmaker Developers Private Limited) 100% shareholding of DB Realty's subsidiary Real Gem Buildtech Private Limited in relation to the project ‘Rustomjee Crown’ situated at Prabhadevi.

As part of the transaction, the loans from HDFC Bank Limited were refinanced through loans taken by Keystone Realtors Limited from Axis Bank Limited.

Wadia Ghandy & Co advised Keystone Realtors on this acquisition deal.

The transaction was led by Dhawal Mehta (Managing Partner) and Denzil Arambhan (Partner) and Jasmine Sheth Kachalia (Partner) along with Associates Amisha Patel, Deepu Jojo, Kedar Kivade, Harsh Nandu and Aakanksha Dalal.

The Firm also advised Axis Bank Limited on this transaction.

Shabnum Kajiji (Managing Partner), along with Jash Agrawal (Partner) and Associates Teesta Sen, Aman Lohia and Priyanshi Jain advised Axis Bank Limited on making available the refinancing facility to Keystone Realtors.
