· 12 Years of PQE in Corporate Laws in a reputed law firm
· Handling and guiding the team of young and energetic lawyers
· Building strong relationships with clients and the team of Juris Prime
· Hands-on experience in various Corporate Laws.
· Experience in advising corporate transactions, documentation including mergers and acquisitions and due diligence
· Experience in providing a legal opinion(s) on various legal issues
· High level of passion for learning and growth and demonstrated ability to face new and diverse challenges
