Number of Positions: 2 (Two)

PQE: 1+ years

Location: Ahmedabad

Qualification: LLB

Job Description

Case Management Support:

- Assist in managing insolvency cases from initiation to closure, ensuring compliance with IBC and other corporate matters.

- Draft and review insolvency-related documentation, including petitions, notices, reports, minutes and legal correspondences.

- Maintain accurate records and track case timelines and deadlines.

Legal Research and Analysis:

- Conduct in-depth legal research on issues related to insolvency law, corporate law, and other relevant statutes.

- Provide analytical support in interpreting laws, regulations, and judicial precedents to aid case strategy and decision-making.

Court and Tribunal Proceedings:

- Prepare and file necessary applications and pleadings in NCLT, and other judicial forums.

- Coordinate with external counsel for litigation as required.

Job Requirement: Sound knowledge in IBC is mandatory

Remuneration: Based on experience and as per industry standards.
